If you wish to cancel an order when it has been packed already, we will minus admin fees from the refund. This is due to the time taken to pick the order, pack the order, printing order list and packing list, packaging that is wasted, and all items to have to put back into stock and on shelves, updating the systems to reput the items back into stock and time taken to refund. Please only order if you want to order, as it saves us the time, money and hassle, as well as being no hassel for yourselves.
We provide store credit if any items are out of stock, these are immediately done when an order is packed and sent. If you prefer a refund to the card you can request this in the ticket section on our website.
We do not provide any refunds on any postage as these are paid to royal mail and they do not provide refunds to us for postage. If you wish to return an item to us, you must pay the postage and packaging.
Any goods that are damaged we will provide refunds.
